Just Got Outstanding: Unveiling the Shared Note Dashboard!

Hey ChartPathers,

The bank called to compliment my "outstanding balance" (wink wink), but I think they were just as excited about our latest release as I am! Introducing the Shared Note Dashboard—a brand-new feature with enough flexibility to make even a yoga instructor jealous.

Ever wanted to share notes with supervising doctors or other non-physician collaborators without sending them on a wild goose chase through ChartPath? Now you can! With the Shared Note Dashboard, your collaborators will have a separate space where they can access notes meant just for them. And before you ask—no, they can’t peek into the ChartPath side. It’s like having a VIP lounge where only select guests get an invite.

Here's the scoop:

• Supervising physicians and other collaborators will receive email notifications for unread notes—because who likes waiting?

• Notes appear in an "Unread" view first. Click on them, and you’ll see a read-only version, so no accidental edits. Navigate through notes with those nifty blue "< >" arrows and watch them go from bold to regular font to indicate they’ve been read. Tidy, right?

• When it’s time to clean house, just hit the dark black "Archive" button. Out of sight, out of mind.

• And for those sticklers for compliance, we’ve automated the oversight of billable notes in regulated states. Rest easy knowing everything's in order.

Not just that, we’re also peeking under the insurance covers with PointClickCare Coverages access for admins and billing folks, plus some tweaks to the CPT descriptions and ACP sections to keep things above board when billing those tricky ACP codes.

Bug squashing? You bet. No one likes uninvited guests at a party.
