Since 2012, ChartPath has been leading long-term and post-acute care (LTPAC) practices. Based in Austin TX, we serve physicians, patients and ultimately elevate the quality of care. The frictionless software is easy to use – from coding and billing to patient management and RCM – underpinned by world-class 24/7 support. Driven by a vision to improve the post-acute care experience, ChartPath’s top priority is to maximize practice efficiency and profitability, giving clinicians more time to focus on care.

Buzz brings a passion for serving the Physician Practices industry. He has built multiple products focused on helping underserved patient populations and led large initiatives leveraging technology to improve quality and efficacy at the point of care. Most recently Buzz was the co-founder and CEO of Afoundria (now ChartPath, acq. by LivTech). In his current role, he aims to inspire the teams around him to never stop pushing to build a better system for those that need it most. Buzz holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and lives in Austin with his wife (Jen), son (Noah) and dog (Kona). In his free time, Buzz invests in, advises, and serves on boards for early-stage health tech and health service delivery companies.
